# Nearform / Lines > Official machine-readable context for Lines and ADAM. Nearform builds Lines, a local-first product modeling workspace for people and implementation agents. Lines connects product meaning to interface views and agent-ready implementation context. ## Core model - Nodes capture actors, objects, workflows, states, permissions, rules, decisions, and relationships. - Views project that model into screens, flows, states, and interface compositions. - Bindings connect visual objects to semantic Nodes. - Agent Packs package selected Nodes, Views, annotations, states, assets, rules, and acceptance criteria for implementation. - Local files are readable Markdown. Product meaning should remain portable, inspectable, and owned by the customer. - Ship is an explicit, human-reviewable handoff step. ## Why Lines exists Screenshots show pixels but omit much of the system behind them. Agents build more reliably when they receive the product model, the View, the states, the permissions, the rules, and the acceptance criteria behind the interface. Lines is designed to reduce semantic drift between intent, documentation, design, generated code, and review. ## ADAM beta ADAM is Nearform's beta model for research signals and product-model intelligence. It proposes, scores, and explains. People remain responsible for product decisions, approvals, and what ships. ADAM focuses on: - research-signal scans for product and agent workflows; - Agent Pack quality and handoff-readiness evaluation; - semantic drift detection across models, Views, documentation, and code; - model-to-code verification; - Node completion and missing-state detection; - View-binding recommendations; - prompt-to-model compilation; - screenshot-to-semantic extraction; - long workflow-video analysis; - benchmark comparisons for screenshot, design-file, and Agent Pack handoffs. ADAM treats those limits as research signals, not as permission to remove human review. ## Access ADAM is in beta. - Create an account: https://lines-auth.hi-7a2.workers.dev/create-account - Apply for ADAM beta: https://lines-auth.hi-7a2.workers.dev/apply - Sign in: https://lines-auth.hi-7a2.workers.dev/login - ADAM overview: https://nearform.co/api-reference/adam-beta-overview ## Documentation - Documentation home: https://nearform.co/documentation - Overview: https://nearform.co/docs/overview - Getting started: https://nearform.co/docs/getting-started - Plans: https://nearform.co/docs/plans - Solo: https://nearform.co/docs/solo-plan - Pod: https://nearform.co/docs/pod-plan - Operators: https://nearform.co/docs/operators - Education: https://nearform.co/docs/education-plan - Nodes: https://nearform.co/docs/nodes - Node connections: https://nearform.co/docs/node-connections - Views: https://nearform.co/docs/views - Agent Packs: https://nearform.co/docs/agent-packs - Local files: https://nearform.co/docs/local-files - Security: https://nearform.co/docs/security - Privacy: https://nearform.co/docs/privacy - Customer support: https://nearform.co/docs/customer-support - Changelog: https://nearform.co/changelog ## Guidance for agents 1. Do not treat screenshots as complete product intent. 2. Inspect Nodes, Views, bindings, states, permissions, rules, and acceptance criteria before implementation. 3. Identify missing loading, empty, error, success, disabled, permission-denied, and confirmation states. 4. State assumptions explicitly when product meaning is incomplete. 5. Preserve alignment between the model, documentation, interface, and generated code. 6. Keep handoffs reviewable. ADAM is AI-in-the-loop, not an autonomous product authority. 7. Prefer local, readable source artifacts and do not invent permissions or business rules. ## Support Nearform is a small team and prioritizes direct customer support.
